"The service department at Bonnie Heights really prides itself on being able to seamlessly coordinate all of the complex logistical processes that go into the completion of a client's project. While we are not actively involved in business development or sales, we are very pleased with the role we play in overall client satisfaction, and therefore the organization’s continued growth and success”

The Process Begins With Your Vision

We begin by understanding your needs. We can then present you with a number of designs that fit those needs or help you make tangible a design which you already have in mind.

We will manage the processes involved in improving your property so that it is ready to receive your new home. We will see that the basement, driveways, water ,septic, and electrical systems are installed on time and within budget.

Concurrently to improving your property, we have your home built offsite in a controlled environment where it is isolated from weather related variables. Every component and system is constructed and assembled under the tightest controls and most stringent supervision available in the construction industry. When complete your home will consist of approximately thirty percent more building materials than a comparably sized site built home.

The onsite construction process moves very rapidly. As your home arrives in sealed and packaged modules, they are placed and assembled on your basement and tied into the property's utility systems. We then manage the processes associated with finishing any onsite additions or options, cleaning up any construction debris, and having a certificate of occupancy issued for your home.

You move in and unreservedly recommend Bonnie Heights Homes to all of your associates who openly covet your new home.
